On the afternoon of August 24,2018,Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm was invited to participate in the research activity of the"2018 China Arbitration Credibility Assessment"project sponsored by the Arbitration Research Institute of China University of Political Science and Law,A total of 13 lawyers came to the conference room of the"Shanghai Office"of the Beijing General Office to fill in a questionnaire distributed by the investigators in the Beijing area of the project.The content of the questionnaire mainly involves the evaluation of the fairness,professionalism,and service of the three arbitration institutions in the Beijing area(China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission,Beijing Arbitration Commission,and China Maritime Arbitration Commission).

The China Arbitration Credibility Evaluation Project is the first and only arbitration credibility evaluation brand project initiated by the University of France and the country.The evaluation object is the civil and commercial arbitration institutions and related content specified in the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China.The evaluation results have authoritative and significant social impact.The project,initiated by the China University of Political Science and Law and specifically implemented by the Arbitration Research Institute,aims to understand the current development situation and user evaluation of civil and commercial/economic arbitration in China,provide third-party guidance for society to understand and choose arbitration,and provide normative guidance for the development of arbitration,in order to jointly promote the improvement of China's arbitration credibility and improve the arbitration system.
