On April 13, 2024, the 2023 annual partner meeting of Gaopeng Law Firm was successfully held at Yanqi Lake View Hotel, where the general partners gathered together to discuss development.

The meeting summarized Gao Peng's work over the past year and discussed various topics, including the annual summary of party and institutional affairs, the annual work summary reports of various work committees and working groups, the annual work summary reports of professional committees, the by election of core committee members, the review and approval of the previous year's final accounts and distribution plan, and the review and approval of the current year's administrative and financial budget plan. The responsible person of the relevant committee proposed to the meeting for deliberation and voting on the 2024 key work plan and other proposals of the law firm.

Focusing on talent strategy and expanding domestic and international markets

Gaopeng Institute attaches great importance to talent development and has established a talent introduction committee to specifically coordinate talent introduction work. In 2023, it will introduce multiple partners and independent lawyers. The competition among law firms is essentially a competition for talent. The total number of lawyers in the firm is planned to increase by 15% from the current level.
