On June 28, 2024, a business seminar on "Enterprise Compliance and Data Asset Management" was successfully held in the conference room of Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm, hosted by the Compliance Working Committee of the China Enterprise Federation and organized by the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of Gaopeng Law Firm and the Beijing New Century Multinational Corporation Research Institute. This seminar brought together senior leaders and industry experts from more than 20 well-known enterprises, including Beijing Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Kunlun Smart Technology Co., Ltd., to jointly explore key issues such as corporate compliance management, data asset management, and intellectual property management. The aim was to explore new ideas and methods for the development of corporate compliance.

During the theme sharing session, Mr. Shi Junkan, Executive Director of the New Century Multinational Corporation Research Institute, conducted an in-depth analysis on "building an effective compliance management system that is in line with international and domestic realities.". Lawyer Lu Guixia, partner of Gaopeng (Qingdao) Branch, explained the importance of "corporate intellectual property compliance examination". Lawyer Qu Shuai, a partner, shared the synergistic effect of compliance construction and year-round legal advisory services.

Mr. Wang Dayuan, Product Director of Xinghe Zhiyuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., shared unique insights on "innovation in the field of intellectual property and sustainable development of enterprises". Lawyer Zou Zhiqing, a partner of Gaopeng Shanghai Branch, has provided a professional interpretation of "compliance risk points for cross-border e-commerce brands going abroad" with 16 years of legal practice experience and professional background in e-commerce/digital trade, company and investment, data security and information protection.

Mr. Fu Guolin, Senior Partner and Senior Accountant of Zhonglian Asset Appraisal Group, gave an in-depth explanation on the theory and practice of data assetization. Mr. Hao Guomin, a partner of Zhongshen Zhonghuan Certified Public Accountants, a review expert of the Central Enterprise Group, and a senior accountant, conducted a professional analysis on the financial processing of data assets entering the financial statements. Mr. Huang Licai, Deputy General Manager of Guorong Xinghua Asset Appraisal Company and Expert Asset Appraiser of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, deeply analyzed the importance of "data asset value evaluation". Lawyer Yang Jiawei, partner of Gaopeng Beijing General Office, shared professional insights on "compliance management and rights confirmation of data assets". Jiang Heng, Director of the Beijing New Century Multinational Corporation Research Institute, gave a concluding speech on the seminar.
