On April 27th,the People's Government of Hanjiang District held a meeting on the work of promoting administration according to law in the whole district.Members of the leading group for comprehensively promoting administration according to law in Hanjiang District,administrative law enforcement units,and relevant responsible comrades from various towns(streets,parks)attended the meeting.Wang Qingwei,member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Executive Vice District Chief of the District Government,attended the meeting and made an important speech.

Director Bao Weiwei of the Legal Affairs Office of the District Government first made a work report,which comprehensively summarized the legal administration work of the whole district in 2016,and deployed various tasks of the legal administration of the whole district this year.Mr.Wang first fully affirmed the achievements of the district's legal administration work in 2016,and proposed three requirements for this year's legal administration work:First,deepen understanding,and effectively enhance a sense of mission and responsibility.Continuously improve the ability to use legal thinking and methods to deepen reform,promote development,resolve conflicts,and maintain stability,and further promote standardization,procedural,and legal work;2、We should highlight key points and strive to improve the level of administrative work according to law;3、We should strengthen security and strive to create a good legal environment.

At the meeting,the district government issued a letter of appointment to experts and lawyers who were hired as legal advisers to the government.Gu Zengping,director of Beijing Gaopeng(Yangzhou)Law Firm,was hired as legal adviser to the Hanjiang District Government.As a construction real estate lawyer and PPP lawyer,Director Gu Zengping will provide professional,high-quality,and efficient legal advisory services for the construction of major government projects,government social capital cooperation(PPP)projects,and characteristic town projects in Hanjiang District.This will also continuously enhance our professional ability to provide legal services for government and social capital cooperation(PPP)projects and characteristic town projects.
