On the afternoon of June 9,2018,Lawyer Zhang Zheng,Senior Partner of Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm,at the invitation of Guilin Arbitration Commission and Guilin Lawyers Association,went to Guilin to teach a commercial arbitration course entitled"The Past and Present Lives of Commercial Arbitration"for Guilin lawyers and arbitrators who participated in the"2018 First Arbitration Business Training".

During nearly three and a half hours of teaching,lawyer Zhang Zheng,combining his years of practical experience in commercial arbitration at various arbitration commissions such as China Trade Arbitration Commission and Beijing Arbitration Commission,enumerated a wealth of real cases and vividly explained to the participants in this training class the connotation and characteristics of commercial arbitration,the difference between arbitration and litigation,and issues that lawyers should pay attention to when representing commercial arbitration cases.The atmosphere at the teaching site was warm,and the teaching content was highly recognized by the students.

At the same time,during the training session,the 5th Guilin Arbitration Commission hired lawyer Zhang Zheng as an arbitrator and member of the expert advisory committee,and issued a letter of appointment.
