On September 14, 2022, the Second Department of Anti monopoly Law Enforcement of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration announced the "Notice of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration on the Decision of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration on Approving the Anti monopoly Review of the New Joint Venture Case between Shanghai Airport (Group) Co., Ltd. and Eastern Airlines Logistics Co., Ltd. with Additional Restrictive Conditions". The case has attracted considerable attention from the public. Because it is not only the first time that China's antitrust law enforcement authorities have imposed restrictive conditions on the merger and acquisition of two Chinese enterprises, but also the first case of conditional concentration of operators in the civil aviation cargo industry and the airport industry, which deserves the attention of state-owned enterprises, as well as civil aviation cargo, logistics, and airport related enterprises.

Analysis Summary of International Sale and Purchase Agreement for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) -- From the Buyer's Perspective
In recent years, the number of liquefied natural gas (LNG) produced and imported in China has continued to increase significantly. In 2021, China surpassed Japan in the amount of LNG imported, becoming the world's largest LNG importer. As a major LNG importer, many import enterprises in China need to sign LNG purchase and sales agreements with overseas LNG exporters or sellers. Due to the characteristics of commodities, LNG purchase and sales agreements have formed a unique model and habit, but they may not be very familiar to Chinese companies newly entering this field. Gaopeng Law Firm has reviewed relevant LNG international sales contracts on behalf of relevant domestic companies. Gao Peng assisted the Ministry of Commerce of China in obtaining the final victory of China's first enforcement appeal(fastener)in the WTO
On January 18,2016,the head of the Department of Treaty and Law of the Ministry of Commerce issued a statement announcing that China had won the final victory in the implementation of the anti-dumping measures case against EU fasteners(Case No.DS397).This 100-page appellate body report supports almost all of China's appeals and refutes the EU's appeals,which is a complete victory for China.At this point,the WTO dispute procedure on fasteners between China and the EU,which began in 2009,has basically come to an end.
