On July 16, 2017, Beijing Gaopeng (Yangzhou) Law Firm officially moved into the new office building. At 10:18 a.m., the opening ceremony was held at Gaopeng Lecture Hall. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Yangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice, Yangzhou City Lawyers Association, Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm's General Office, Xie Xiangyang, Nanjing Branch Cao Li, and other lawyers, as well as representatives of more than 100 consulting units. In the recently announced selection of outstanding papers by Jiangsu lawyers in 2010, three papers, "Evaluation and Analysis of China's Pharmaceutical Intellectual Property Protection System" written by Cao Li, a lawyer from Gaopeng (Nanjing) Institute, "Discussion on Criminal Responsibility of the Elderly - From the Perspective of Age of Criminal Responsibility" written by Liu Ruxiang, and "Analysis of Judicial Intervention in Corporate Deadlock" written by Liang Li, won the title of Excellent Paper by Jiangsu Lawyers, He was selected for the "Excellent Essays of Jiangsu Lawyers in 2010", which will be officially published by Nanjing Normal University Press.

On December 4, 2020, on the 7th National Constitution Day, the Nanjing Municipal People's Government held the third appointment meeting of members of the legal advisory group. Mayor Han Liming issued letters of appointment and spoke to the experts and scholars who were appointed as legal advisers. Vice Mayor Chang Heping deployed the key tasks of legal advisers to the municipal government in 2021.
