Mr. Ding Shaoxi is mainly engaged in corporate and investment, civil and commercial dispute resolution, bankruptcy liquidation and restructuring.
He has provided legal services for the commercial and residential acquisition and M&A projects of many well-known domestic real estate development enterprises, and participated in the whole process of project establishment, negotiation, residual problem handling, development, delivery (investment), operation, and has rich operational experience in this field.
He has represented a large number of contract disputes and corporate disputes arising from the daily operation of enterprises, and can achieve the expected litigation results through adjudication or negotiation, which has been recognized by clients.
As a member of the core team, he has participated in the bankruptcy liquidation cases of dozens of enterprises, and many cases have achieved good social and legal effects through reorganization.

Recently, Nanjing Public Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd. initiated an open tendering of the special legal counsel project.
