On October 22, 2015, the 2015 Youth Lawyers Forum for the Four Regions of the Taiwan Strait was held in Hong Kong. The forum gathered many young lawyers representatives from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and the mainland of China. The theme of this forum is "The the Belt and Road: unlimited opportunities for young lawyers across the Straits and four places". Lawyer Zhang Jinling of Gaopeng (Nanjing) Branch, as a young lawyer representative of the Nanjing Lawyers Association, was invited to attend the meeting. The forum focused on the development of young lawyers, the impact of the the Belt and Road on the lawyer industry, and the latest development of corporate law in the four regions across the Taiwan Straits. The participants had extensive and in-depth exchanges. During the meeting, Lawyer Zhang Jinling also visited the Hong Kong Law Society and the Hong Kong Legislative Yuan.

On the morning of September 18, 2014, Wang Xinglu, an inspector of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Justice and the party secretary of the Nanjing Lawyers Association, led Ding Yong, the director of the Lawyers Management Office of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Justice, and Ji Zhengzhong, the deputy director, to the Gaopeng (Nanjing) Institute to investigate and guide the work.
