In the field of corporate compliance, she provides clients with legal services such as corporate governance due diligence, compliance governance program, assisting in the implementation of the program, formulating a full set of governance system, issuing legal opinions on corporate compliance, and assisting in the construction of compliance process; in the field of securities and capital market (IPO), she provides clients with share restructuring, preparing a full set of registration and filing documents (legal reports, legal opinions, etc.), following and coordinating the entire filing and issuance process, responsible for the cooperation with clients and brokerage firms, and providing legal advice to clients and their clients. Mr. Li Xian joined Gaopeng Law Firm in 2024. Prior to joining Gaopeng, he worked as a senior attorney at Beijing Deheng Law Firm, Beijing Zhonglun Wende Law Firm, and Beijing Weiheng Law Firm.
